In March, the League of Business welcomes Adrian Cotasaenz, a seasoned entrepreneur whose career spans energy, manufacturing, consulting, real estate development, global expansion… and most recently, tequila.

Adrian has founded and co-founded companies such as SanFran Energy Global, Pomega Mexico, Promega USA, Jebla Energy USA, and Hantman-Politiks, building ventures across the USA, Mexico, and Europe. While his entrepreneurial journey is vast and global, this session will place special focus on one of his most personal and exciting ventures to date: Don Vicente Tequila.

Born in Juárez and a proud United States Marine Corps infantry veteran, Adrian’s transition from service to entrepreneurship is a story of discipline, vision, and evolution. In this conversation, we’ll explore how those same principles shaped his entry into the tequila industry, turning a family dream into a growing brand rooted in culture, identity, and craftsmanship.
