Social Hike & Poppy Fest

The March equinox marks the beginning of the spring season and it is ideal for detox and cleanse in both personal and physical aspects.

Let's get together to relax and set some intentions as we welcome the first equinox of the year walking through the Poppy Blooms.

"Traditionally, the equinox was celebrated as a time to cleanse out stagnant energy within the self and homes." This day ushers are in a period of rebirth. You'll feel pulled toward tackling new and exciting projects; it's also a good time to experiment with your creativity.

PROGRAM:

8:00 AM - We meet at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology

8:15 AM - We start walking 

8:30 AM - Guided Meditation in Nature by Jackie Zavalza "the Mystic Nomad"

10 AM - We are back to relax and enjoy the cool down at the Museum's Kiosk

AFTER THE HIKE:
