Travel Internationally at Least Once a Year..

There’s something magical about stepping into a place where nothing feels familiar.. where the language, the food, the architecture, the rhythm of life and everything reminds you that there’s a whole world beyond your daily routine. But when you experience this as an entrepreneur, as a business owner; it’s not just magical… it’s transformational.
That’s why at The League we travel internationally, at least once a year. Not just for leisure, not for work, but for something deeper. For inspiration. For self-connection. For growth.
🌎 Where HAVE We Been?
Well, so far we have explored the rich history of Peru, the timeless beauty of Italy, the wisdom of Greece, the mystery of Egypt, and the vibrant spirit of Colombia.
Now, this isn’t a “business retreat” in the traditional sense. We don’t lock ourselves in conference rooms or follow rigid agendas. Instead, we travel with a group of like-minded entrepreneurial spirits [some we know, some we don’t] and something incredible always happens..
A Different Kind of Retreat
When you share the experience of an international trip even with people who begin as strangers [you know, long flights, meals, tours, adventures, and visits to museums, markets, temples, and more] something powerful happens: You start to connect at a whole new level.
You learn from the way others think, and from the way you think, too. You observe how they navigate life and business, and it naturally invites you to reflect on your own path.
Let’s pause to acknowledge something important: It’s not always easy. Traveling with a group of entrepreneurs means navigating a mix of strong personalities and different rhythms. And for those of us who thrive in solitude or are used to being in control, this might sound like a nightmare at first… but it’s actually one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. Because this challenge [this momentary discomfort] is a powerful tool for growth. It stretches your patience, strengthens your adaptability, and sharpens your ability to collaborate, even in unfamiliar terrain. And let’s be honest: as entrepreneurs, we need that.
Sometimes, the most valuable lessons don’t come from a formal talk or a workshop. They come from the simple, organic moments and conversations with someone who just gets it.
And it’s not just each other we learn from. We also learn from the artisans, the vendors we meet along the way. From the owners of small restaurants or hidden places we discover while exploring. We learn from their resilience, their craftsmanship, their adaptability, and their approach to customer service.. if you thin kabout it; it’s a kind of global MBA.
Disconnect to Reconnect
Traveling gives us something that every entrepreneur desperately needs: a break. A break from the noise, the tasks, the meetings, the pressure to always be on. You will have a rest, but this isn’t just a rest; it’s a creative rest. The kind that fills your mind with new colors, sounds, and flavors. The kind that lets your ideas breathe, evolve, and return home with more clarity.
Remember: When you change your view, you change your perspective. And when you change your perspective, your business changes too.
should you Travel with The League?
Only if you are ok with the fact that we are more than tourists. We’re curious minds. We’re builders. We’re dreamers who understand each other. And while we may board the plane as fellow Club Members, we always come back as friends, with fun stories, new ideas, energy to keep up, and definitely looking forward to the next one.
If you’ve never taken a trip like this, consider this your sign. If you’re already a member of the League, don’t miss the next one, and if you’re not part of the League yet… what are you waiting for?
