NetGiving: A Tradition of Gratitude, Connection & Purpose.

Every November since 2020, The League of Business has embraced a tradition that began quietly but with a profound intention: to pause, breathe, and truly acknowledge how far we’ve come.

The NetGiving was born during a year when the world felt fragile, yet entrepreneurs continued showing up for their businesses, their clients, and themselves. It became a moment dedicated not just to giving thanks outwardly, but to being grateful inwardly.. for our resilience, our creativity, and the connections that carry us through every season.

From the beginning, the purpose of the NetGiving has been simple: to honor the work behind the work. The long nights shaping a proposal. The countless decisions made to keep a business alive. The courage it takes to keep building, even when the road gets unpredictable. And beyond all of that; the blessing of sharing this journey with peers who understand it.

This year, the NetGiving reaches a new and purposeful chapter.

For 2025, we have partnered with Chef Don Diego, Blessed to Be a Blessing Farm, and the Rio Grande Colonias Food Business Center to create something truly special: the very first Farm-to-Table NetGiving Dinner, where every ingredient has a heartbeat, a story, and a home just minutes from where we’ll gather. Even the turkey comes straight from the farm.

Our setting could not be more magical: Bodega Loya, a historic jewel of Socorro, Texas nestled within the GWS Farm grounds. Under soft lights, surrounded by open space and the quiet rhythm of nature, we will share a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner prepared exclusively with local ingredients. 🎷A live saxophonist will fill the night air, guiding us through a dining experience that feels less like an event and more like a moment paused in time.

But beyond the ambiance, beyond the flavors, beyond the artistry of the chef; this year’s NetGiving stands for something bigger. It stands for the farmers. The hardworking men and women of Socorro who grow extraordinary produce, often unseen, often overlooked, yet essential to the soul of our region.

This dinner is our way of saying: We see you. We appreciate you. And we want the community to support you.

The NetGiving 2025 is not designed for the masses. It’s crafted for those who genuinely appreciate unique experiences, meaningful gatherings, and the privilege of knowing where their food comes from. It’s for the people who understand that luxury is not excess; it’s authenticity, intention, and connection.
