The 3 Guiding Questions

At a recent Miner Talks presentation, I shared a deeply personal and inspiring conversation about entrepreneurship, identity, and purpose. But instead of focusing only on business strategies or financial success, as you would expect, the talk centered on something much more meaningful: the kind of person we become while building our ideas.
Through stories from my entrepreneurial journey — from organizing modeling classes at 17 years old to launching brands like Herbalmate and later creating The League of Business and The Real Entrepreneurs Magazine while being a Jewelry Designer — I reflected on the lessons that transformed both my personal and professional life.
The heart of the presentation revolved around my three guiding questions:
Who are you?
What is your purpose?
What is your mission?
Rather than treating entrepreneurship as a formula, I invited attendees to see it as an extension of self-awareness, personal growth, and alignment. I spoke openly about creativity, ADHD, education, inner work, community building, and the importance of creating projects that genuinely reflect who we are.
One of the strongest messages of the presentation was that success is not only about money, networking, or recognition. It is about building a life and career that feel authentic, meaningful, and beneficial not only to ourselves, but also to the communities we are part of; especially here in nuestra querida frontera.

I am happy to see that the presentation resonated strongly with guests, students, and young entrepreneurs navigating uncertainty, ambition, and the pressure to “fit” into traditional paths. More than a motivational speech, I made it an invitation to reflect, grow, and build from clarity instead of comparison. Because sometimes the most powerful business strategy is simply becoming more yourself.
So, can you answer those 3 questions?
